  • Worst customer service. I am at a parish so having phone access is a must for families who need to see our priest or have other needs. The phone lines have been a problem because of rain. We have contacted TDS numerous times to fix them. We have now been without external lines since last week. This is includes our fire alarm system. Ridiculous that they are not coming out to solve this issue.
