| - If I could give them zero, I would. I am Amazon prime, I order from them ALL the time. I recently ordered an expensive pair of headphones and saw it was same-day delivery. Great! Amazon said guaranteed by 9 PM. I left the porch light on and both my husband & I were home (w/ the windows open, no less). At 9:30, I checked shipping status because we hadn't received it and Amazon had it as "Delivered to front door at 7:30 PM." I ran outside - nothing. Nothing on the ground. Went to check the mailbox, just in case, nothing. Our house numbers are on our mailbox, on our curb AND on our house. Called Amazon and they transferred me to Lasership. They said, "It was delivered." Me: "Not to my house." Them: "Can you check your neighbors?" I don't think I should have to do that, but I sent my husband out with a flashlight and he checked 3 neighbors on either side, nothing on their porches. She then did a GPS track and asked me if my house has green shutters and front door - yes, it does. Then she seemed confused and said it was delivered "near" my house. Seriously? She then tells me to open a ticket with Amazon to get a new delivery. So Lasership delivers to someone random (not even convinced it was in my neighborhood) and they just want to make Amazon responsible? Then she tells me they are "opening an investigation" and I'll hear from them in "2 business days." After 3 business days, I emailed them because, of course, I hadn't heard from them. The next day I get an email telling me the investigation is closed because the "package was delivered." Unbelievable. Their entire job is to deliver packages. Here I am, a week later without the original delivery. Of course Amazon sent a replacement, but why should they have to pay because their courier is so rotten? We know most of our neighbors and I have no doubt they would've brought it over if they'd received it (they do this with our mail all the time b/c the post office sucks, too). Someone, somewhere, is enjoying some Beats by Dre!
