  • Hipster meat market! Now I've really seen it all. Tucked away Kensington market, this charcuterie sells awesome pieces of meat that you can take home to cook. They also have a prepared food section. I tried their home made chicharron which was delish. There's something about hipsters serving sliced meat (maybe its because they look like Amish farmers) that I really like. Their sausage selections is limited though, so if you want a more varied selection for sausage, go to Segovias down the street.
