  • Very poor service from the beginning. The first time I came in the brakes on my 2014 Rav4 were at 50% (24K) and they wanted to charge $300 to replace them. I waited. Now the need attention and the dealership won't look at them without $150 up front. The called back several times to talk me out of coming in for service on my 2014 Rav4. I can't recommend sending anyone to this location, where they have made it apparent that service is not what they are about. They left me with the impression that they don't value their customers.
