| - This company needs to get its act together. Right now, based on their behavior, I can only imagine that its run out of someone's garage and they are forcing grandma to make dog booties by threatening starvation.
Here's the deal:
I ordered snow booties for my dogs over a week ago. There was no information about the shipping time on the site, so I just ordered. Once I ordered, after I paid, it told me shipping time was 2 weeks. This would have been helpful to know prior to order confirmation, but oh well. Anyway, I had an upcoming move, so I emailed them twice and called them (all within minutes of ordering) and spoke to someone requesting they change my shipping address. Ok - no problem.
Fast forward to today - a week and some change later - and I get an odd email - saying I have a full refund as I requested. Ummmm....I never requested one. So I call them. The woman who answered the phone was smug and useless. She had no record of my ordering notes, couldn't verify or deny the refund, challenged me on the shipping address issue, and then said the person who took the order and issued the refund "no longer works there." Ok - so you fired someone...and apparently it was so dramatic, the person cancelled orders to spite your company? Tell me again about how you treat your employees to make them so angry so as to do something like this? And tell me again about how professional you all are?
At that point, I asked for a manager or supervisor so I could get some answers. Conveniently none were available. And then she said she'd look up my account (you haven't already done this???), and then she claimed their Internet had just gone down. Finally I demanded a manager call me, and she agreed. No call.
Either this company is shady as sh** or completely incompetent. Neither make a company one should trust or do business with.
Bottom line - there are plenty of doggie snow shoes out there. Go with a company that has their act together and some shred of professionalism.
