  • The new Verizon Store off ValVista and on Williamsfield is a " RUN AWAY from store". I was excited to see a new store open minutes from home. Went in to buy a new phone, been a Verizon Customer for many years. Rude and irresponsible Sales Person. Constantly taking personal time during the process of completing sale. Took couple hours to walk out with phone. :(. Next day had to go back and the Rep said, " I'll be right with you" and went outside. 10 min later still outside! Asked Mgr for help with my problem and I wasn't happy. Mgr made up excuses for Rep and it really was frustrating when I'm the Customer!!!! He even told me very curtly in front of other Customers and employees " look, I'll just void your sale and refund you $$ and send you on your way out of this store". Really??????? I just spent $900 plus dollars on dang phone. I received deplorable Customer Service and Mgr says this?!?! I wasn't being loud but frustrated! He then backtracked, fixed my issue and I left!!! I'll go to the Chandler store for my accessories. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this store. Unprofessional
