**Update, GSM did come and finish the job I was under the impression was to be done from the beginning (plus added some plastic barrier in my crawl space they saw was needed to fill gaps as a nicety). I am only increasing my *'s from a 1 to a 2, though, since it shouldn't have been such a situation with 4 active days at my house to resolution. In the end I did finally get what I thought I was paying for to begin with, the owner, manager and employees were nice and pleasant - but again, the experience was riddled with errors and headaches for us all on multiple levels.
(Original 1* post) I had a terrible experience with this company. THOUSANDS of dollars later I still have a bunch of things that were not done (was never quoted for additional stuff even though it was discussed during evaluation and was told it would be done in the process - WRONG!). Not to mention workers took 2.5 hrs worth of breaks during 6.5 hrs of time they tied up for me the first day. PLUS, the first day they only had about a third of the product to even do the job. Since they had failed on so many levels, I am unwilling to spend any more money with them, so resolution talks with owner (or "leadership team" or whomever) left me unsatisfied. But to be fair, I can't think of any resolution that will satisfy me at this point (although some effort or creative suggestions would have been appreciated).
