  • My 4 year old son needed dental work and we opted to have him put under versus 3 visits of torture. When I went to complete the paperwork Claudia was so sweet and helpful. She gave my son markers and paper, sat him behind her so he could color while I finished. I didn't get to meet Dr. Sina until the day of the procedure, my husband took him in for the consult, but after meeting her I felt very comfortable with her and our decision. Dr. Rhodes the anesthesiologist was amazing too! She called the evening prior and answered all my questions and concerns about him being put under. The staff at the Flamingo Surgery center was equally great. Very friendly and made my son feel at ease. Gave him stickers and had a movie playing once we got back. Anytime your child has to have a procedure it's tough on everyone. From beginning to end everyone involved knew our anxiety and made sure we felt at ease! The only thing I didn't like was we were scheduled for a 10:30 procedure and didn't go in until 12:30. A toddler not eating or drinking that long was a little rough but he was a trooper!
