  • My mom took a long-sleeved shirt there to have the sleeves hemmed. When I went to pick it up for her, they told me there was no record of her dropping it off. They looked under her name, and phone number, and told me they didn't have it. She ended up going back today to see if they had it, and they did. They ended up charging her $24 for hemming the sleeves of her shirt, and didn't even press it. You would think after losing it, they would at least press it for her or something? Just seems to be way too expensive for losing her shirt and hassle of having to go back again to see if they would find it.
