  • I have been a customer for 15 years. There have been several occasions that Day and Night did exceptional after hours service. I have had 2 recurring problems over the years that they have responded to without any hesitation to make things right. Technicians are always knowledgeable and polite. Appointments are kept and the servicemen are uniformed and clean and footies are worn. There is no mess when they leave. Also when the office sees the service man is running close to the end of the time frame, I get a courtesy call. Maria is usually the office person I deal with and she is great. Don't hesitate to call them and they have 24 hour service.
