  • Enjoyed my tour with Renee this past week. Forest Park is definitely a unique apartment complex. My favorite part of the tour was the Pines because they are homes with carports and a nice sized back patio which are connected by one common kitchen wall only (and I believe soundproof due to block wall construction). The residences are in a separate gated community and are very well taken care of. As we were walking through, I noticed the cleanliness, and there were two maintenance men working on some lamp posts right in that community. The Pines offers studios (550 sf), 2 bedroom / 2 bath (1060 sf) and 3 bedroom / 2 bath (1200 sf). ALL utilities are included (with a cap on the amount depending on the unit you rent). Classic COX cable is also included. A lot of the units have washer/dryer included also.
