Wonderful people, sad to give a lousy review to a hotel packed with such caring and helpful staff.
The guests who loved their stays here, though, I am forced to conclude they must all be partially deaf and insensitive to temperature change.
The room has sealed windows and so one must rely on being able to adjust the thermostat; it must offer a comfortable setting.
There is none! Worse~
The Friedrich thermostat has no off setting and does not play nice with the Amana unit!
At the thermostat's low fan setting-as low as it goes as, madeningly, there is no way to turn that fan off- it kept waking me up, all night long, cycling on and off between heat and cold.
I can sleep on air flights, but not in a room at this Hampton Inn!!--the droning frequency and forceful nature of this room's fan conspire with room acoustics to exceed the noise level of a turboprop.
Here it is dawn: exhausted, peering out through the barely-open slits of tired bloodshot eyes, I try to focus them and start my Hampton Day
What a waste of a marvelous bed
