  • I really love Cafe Rio food. But this is absolutely the worst service I have ever seen!!!! I keep giving this Cafe Rio location chances and chances but I am disappointed every single time. I have never seen a lack of urgency from a group of young people behind a counter serving food. They don't mind have 20-30 people staring at them in line while they are all just going at the slowest pace I have ever seen. I always get my food to go but the dining area is always dirty looking. I don't know who is managing this place but they really need to hire new staff and get this place in check!
