| - I decided to try these guys out based on a rave review given by my very close friend. We went in on a Friday and were out on the lot for more than 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, even after several gentlemen were walking past for obviously other reasons than to check on us. We walked nearer to the front of the used lot's main office and then about 3 salesmen came out. One, Russ Man(n) headed over to us. My friend shared that we'd been out there on the lot for some time and he apologized. We went inside, sat down and we began going through inventory via computer. We asked him several questions including how long he'd been there and how many cars he'd sold. He stated 6 years and sold 4,000 cars...impressive, right? Ok, so we felt we'd be treated right.
I identified a car I liked but he didn't seem to have very much knowledge much of anything we asked him. He didn't know about the blue tooth, certain pricing on some of the cars, and I didn't really take this into consideration. I mean, really, I didn't expect him to have exact knowledge of every car on the lot, but his demeanor led me to believe he could make this sale or not. My friend and I were navigating the sale more than he seemed interested in making it. We asked how long the process would be as we were tired and wanted to grab a bite to eat. He couldn't give us a direct answer as to how the process would then go. So I suggested he take my information, see what we come up with and my friend and I would grab a bite. He looked up a place to help us but we're from the area, so we thanked him and looked forward to hearing back from him with the results.
We left my car there, which they appraised before I even left. We were gone for about an hour and I never heard from him while we were out. When we returned, we expected him to be there with the information as to how we needed to proceed. A salesman opened the door for us but never asked if we needed help. We returned to the area that we were previously working with Russ in. We sat there for another 10 minutes while salesmen came in and out to the front desk, but never did one person communicate with us and inquire if we needed any assistance and we were the ONLY customers in the building. We decided to leave and upon leaving an "off-duty" salesman checked on us. My friend asked for the manager and found out he was one of the guys sitting in the building with us who never checked on us. She went back in, let him know about our experience from the moment we walked the lot and ALL he said was, "I'm sorry". At this point, he didn't bother to check to see what we needed or to even contact Russ to go over everything. Later, we found out that he was on the New purchase side helping another customer, and even waved at my friend when she went in to speak with the owner...who was not in the office on this day AND after 2 days later, I STILL have not heard from Russ Man(n).
I do not suggest this place because there is no excuse, whatsoever for such blatant disregard, disrespect! We've in put a call in to the owner/General Manager and still have yet to speak directly with him.
So disappointed!!!
