  • Had a water heater go out Sunday 4/22 and Focus plumbing was highly recommended. Very disappointed. I called twice on 4/23, once left a message on a voicemail and the second time spoke with someone but that person said somebody in customer service had to call me back. So I called another company who was out today diagnosed the problem, fixed it and water heater is up and running with a one year warranty on the work. Still haven't received a call from Focus. Definitely won't ever call them again for any plumbing needs.
