  • I must say I wasn't too impressed by the service call. I called regarding the washer (it was dancing around) and the refrigerator (not cooling enough). The guy was pleasant and all, and quoted around $500 for the repair on the washer. I understand -- it's time to get a new one, it's old. For the refrigerator though, he kind of fiddled around with the settings a bit and it still doesn't seem to be cooling much better at all after all the fiddling. He did hook up the water, but not through the filter. I'm just thinking, this was $110 worth? Just seemed like there should be a more definite solution.
