  • I've been to HTC a handful of times beginning in 1997 through present day. Each time I've been so impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and patience. Two years ago Kat pierced my forward helix. She was so nice, took her time explaining everything I needed to do and answered my questions. Today I brought my daughter in to her helix pierced. Jacob took care of her and he was perfect. Super professional, patient, kind, respectful, and explained every detail to her. I was with her every step of the way but I really appreciated his kindness. HTC is a top-notch, professional business that you can count on every time you walk in the door. Highly recommend!
