Update for those of you who read my previous review:
I had stopped my mail while on my honeymoon and hadn't received the mail I'd "missed" until the 11th of July. The owner of the salon had reached out to me with a letter apologizing, a full refund, a gift card, and a voucher for a free hair cut and manicure. She was prompt in her response, however I'd never received an email. I'm still sad that I'll never have the memory of having my hair/makeup done for the wedding, but instead I'll have the memory of my relatives stepping up to help. I don't think I'll be going back but I appreciate their gesture.
