  • Just don't. You lose the moment you pull in. Sales guy has no upsell skills. All he aims for is upcharge. The brush used for pre-soak is stored on the ground. Upon use, it has grit scratching your car. What should be done in a basic cleaning is barely attempted. They claim that falls under detailing. To top it, they forgot the rags inside my car n another flew out from the windshield wiper compartment. Yeah. Attached are the pictures minutes after pulling out from there. If your car costs more than $5,000, I highly recommend you don't use them
