Couldn't be more disappointed. Ordered in plenty of time for Mother's Day, and was given a window for the delivery. The items took extra long (standard items) to produce, and I was never notified. It wasn't until the day the items shipped that they changed the delivery window to a week later. I contacted Shutterfly and kept getting responses that seemed to have come from a robot. Then a survey followed to ask how my experience was. Really?!? You ruined my Mother's Day surprise so I'd say my experience wasn't good. Had they simply let me know the order was being delayed I could have opted for expedited shipping. But they didn't give me the courtesy, so I'm not sure why they are a gift making business that doesn't respect delivery windows. That's kind of important. :( I used them in the past but this was my last time.
