  • Loved them! They gave me a quote, and I ended up needing more work than originally thought... but they still only charged me the original quote. When I told our insurance adjuster how much we paid for the job, he nearly choked on his surprise and then asked for the plumbers business card to keep in his "black book of honest plumbers". They scoped all of my drains because I live in an old house at no extra charge, and told me that everything is in great shape for its age. They gave me a realistic timeline of a few years down the road when I might start to see problems, but didn't push any products or services (just gave information). They did a great job, and I will definitely use them again!
