  • I know it seems a little silly to be writing a negative review for a post office but I feel like it is necessary especially after an experience I had at the beginning of May - I'm also aware that this review probably won't change the attitudes of the employees at this location. I came here on May 4th to mail out a package that was going to be shipped out of the country and rather than helping me (I have never filled out custom's forms before), two employees (Gloria, being the main employee and another woman off to the side) embarrassed me / made me feel so incredibly stupid. I could brush that off but the fact that it took her well over fifteen minutes to type in the information that she pressured me to fill out as quick as humanly possible because she had to speak to every employee about other things, really irritated me but I remained quiet and patient. The entire time I stood there waiting, Gloria spoke to other employees about health care politics, assisted living, etc etc etc. She tried getting me involved also but how do you politely tell someone "I don't care please just mail my package..." They also questioned me as if I was up to something and had their eyes on me the ENTIRE time.. very unsettling.. This was me being very nice about my entire experience.. overall, the staff is completely rude and very obvious about being dead inside and hating their jobs. If anyone is reading this, don't waste your time. They will treat you like a complete idiot and like a criminal of some sort. Insanely disappointed.
