  • I had an unfortunate experience at this salon. I was excited to have been scheduled with the manager because I was getting a drastic hair coloring and cut. Granted I arrived 5-10 minutes late, I got a bad vibe from the stylist because I was late. I wish I would've just reschedule or cancelled so that both of our times wouldn't have been wasted. As a new customer, I felt like because they seem to have already built their clientele it didn't matter if I ever went back or not. Although all the stylists seemed to enjoy working there, my stylist didn't make me feel welcomed at all. She even made it a point to let me know that she wasn't going to talk to me while doing my hair because she wanted to get my hair done fast. My hair didn't turn out to be what I asked for and although she offered to "fix" it, I could only go back the next day if I chose to. I never went back and am grateful that she didn't demand for me to pay for a service I was not happy with. I just feel like she was overbooked and rushed. Overall, this salon is definitely more of a family salon i.e. it compares to a Super Cuts or Great Clips.
