If I could give zero stars, I would. If I could give negative 1,000,000 stars, that would be even better. My father was transferred here from the hospital for physical therapy after a car accident left him with a broken collar bone and fractured leg. He was so neglected - left in bed all day without being turned, not putting him on IV fluids when they announced how his tests came back showing him to be severely dehydrated, showing a complete lack of concern that he hadn't even had a bowel movement in well over a week. Not only did he contract pneumonia there but a seriously large and infected bedsore on his tailbone. If it wasn't for a visit to his primary care doctor who immediately had him sent to the ER from her office, I am not certain my dad would have made it. He is now back in the hospital and has been for a week and a half where they're tending to his bedsore and lungs. He went in to the Heights of Summerlin (or as my dad calls it, "The Depths of Summerlin") simply needing PT in order to walk on his own again and left there horribly ill. The administration there is a disgrace and the facility itself, at least the second floor (and particularly my dad's former room) is filthy. Please avoid at all costs. I'm sure a lot of these places aren't great but this one is a nightmare!
