First, they said they can't do anything since it is final, then another lady said that the order had been placed and the there is no way to cancel or hold the order. Listen lady... I work in retail and I know that nothing is set in stone, there could have been other ways to help us with this situation, but it is easier to just shove us with your bs policy. It hasn't even been a whole 24 hrs and your telling me there is no possible way you can help us?
