  • Avoid this rental if you can- there are better options from Pearson airport. First this car rental is about 2 km OUTSIDE Pearson. You need to take a shuttle after you call them to pick you up, which was a surprise. Plan your trip accordingly- tack on 15-30 min just to do this. The pick up is not clearly listed anywhere at the airport. Also their hours are limited- they close as early as 8pm some days. The car itself was ok- if a bit dirty but the real clincher was just the customer service. The biggest issue I have is That they seem to have some serious disorganization - and some defensive behavior and an inability to comprehend what it means to communicate effectively when it comes to explaining billing/liability and how shuttling works to and from the airport. Admittedly if people really knew, they would likely not choose this place first. I don't often write reviews, but felt compelled to after experiencing business with them. The negative reviews here speak volumes.
