A couple of the guy employees who have worked there at least 3 months are great. I'm not saying any current new employees are not nice, they just can't get an order right to save their life. It's the only location I'm aware of that puts their marinara sauce away an hour before closing too.
I understand some people are new to the job but, when you repeat the simple order back to me and then still forget the most important ingredient, come on now. After the 3rd dry sandwich and a very unhappy bf because dinner is ruined again, it's time to speak up.
