  • Been a customer for over 10 years. Had the best technician the entire time we were customers until this year when we moved. My kids grew up knowing Randy and enjoyed walking our house with him every time he came to spray. Randy was like family. We moved and had to get a new technician. We had a problem that wasn't being resolved so we asked for a more experienced technician. Our new technician we received when we moved was extremely friendly and was very thorough although we continued to see active centipedes and now scorpions inside our house. When I called and asked for a more experienced technician Terminex sent a man by the name of Armando who clearly told me things that were the complete opposite of our regular technician. He also had a attitude and seemed irritated to spray. I immediately contacted Terminex and asked for his supervisor because of his attitude, demeanor and the way he was waiving his hands when he was talking to me which I have recorded. I was put on hold (during this time the technician came back and rang my doorbell over and over. Because of his attitude towards me as a customer I ignored the door and stayed on the phone with customer service and also texted my husband to come home) when the woman came back on the line I was told by the customer service representative that she had explained the situation to Tim and that he would be calling me when he got back into the office. This was on Wednesday. Thursday our regular technician called to say he would be over shortly. I asked if Tim would be joining him as I had requested the day before and he replied he would be alone. I explained in detailed what happened and how Tim had chosen to ignore my issue. He told me he was sorry I had such a bad experience (which was very nice of him) and that he would ask Tim to call me. It's now Friday morning and Tim has still chosen to ignore a long time and loyal customer being disrespected in her own home. I called customer service again and was told Chuck the manager asked customer service to email them and he would call me when he gets out of his meeting. It's unfortunate that I have to spend so much time to have a pest control company help me get rid of pest. I would go elsewhere but we just paid in full for the year and in 10 years never have we experienced such an awful situation with Terminex. Let's see if Chuck can help his customers... Just wanted to update that after a month and several phone calls to Terminex customer service this location has not taken the time to call me back, nor has their regional manager. Instead they are just now sending there technician out to my house. We found 3 scorpions in our home within 2 days. Knowing we have dogs and children this location and TERMINEX CORPORATE do not care if any of us get bit. You would think they would want to make sure children and pets aren't bit. Nope!!! They just collect your money and ignore your calls.
