  • I don't really give bad/scathing reviews on Yelp, as I'm not attempting to ruin someone's livelihood. But my experiences there have been so very, very bad that I'll make an exception. I live around the corner and have given this place three chances. It's not just that they don't do a good job (sloppy pedicure that chipped after a few days, not entirely clean facility), it's that they actively do a bad job. I recently went into simply have gel polish removed. The nail technician ignored my multiple requests to soak off the gels - as is done at every other one of the billion nail places I've been to - and instead drilled off the polish. My nails were thoroughly ruined as a result, and moreover, she didn't even get all of the polish off. I asked her to stop about four times and use the acetone but she either pretended not to understand me or just didn't understand me. Really, just don't go here.
