I've been to RA Sushi a few times and can vouch that you will always get a pretty good meal! The restaurant has a bar at the front and in the back is the main seating area.
I have always been here during the busy dinner hour and can tell you that the restaurant is never that packed, yet the service is still pretty average. In addition to our rolls we ordred the spring rolls and the pot stickers and both were excellent!
The biggest pain about this place is the parking by far (however this is the same with any place on Mill) you have to park on a lot near the restraunt, pay a buck or two and then walk. The happy hour prices are about a dollar off the regular pricing so don't plan on going here just for happy hour. (Sushi 101 is the place to go for a good happy hour!)
All in all, it's good food in an area I often find myself in.
