So I was getting my very own place on Oct 7th. I placed the order for my entire bedroom set with this location because it's near the place I was moving too. I placed the order around sept 10th and the delivery was set up for like 2days after I moved because they don't deliver on certain days. Like two days before they were suppose to deliver they call me and say my furniture was on a severe daily! Smh until the end of October! I was beyond pissed. I haven't gotten any other furniture because I'm indecisive and wanted to get the bedroom stuff and then pick out the living room stuff after I was happy with my purchase. Needless to say after the first delay they rescheduled me for a week delivery around Halloween. Ok fine, I waited. Then for them to call me the day before the delivery to tell me they still don't have the furniture and they don't know why the manufactures have it on delay. My thing is, don't sell stuff to customer that you don't have readily available for delivery at the date as promised!! After the second delay I was fed up. I had a new place with no furniture and I got a credit card with the store just to get the furniture spent about $2,000 and now the delivery would be Nov 5th mind you I work weekdays, so then I had to get somebody to stay at my house to receive the furniture for me. Completely ridiculous. I would never buy anything from them again. They gave me $100 off (delivery fee) for the first delay and then $75 in store credit for the second inconvenience. And to top it off once I got the furniture the bedframe had knots and dents in it that had to be repaired! So I had to schedule for somebody to come out to fix it smh. I wouldn't recommend anybody to get anything from this place after the horrible experience I had.
