rev:text	This is the third Eyetique location I've patronized and my recent visit only reinforced why I continue to do business with them. Yes the prices may be a little higher than your national chain down the street, but the service and care that I've come to expect from Eyetique is worth every penny. I realized I was running out of contacts extremely soon, and when I called to purchase more, the girl on the phone at the Squirrel Hill office noted that my prescription was expired and that I'd need to be seen ASAP. She was able to get me a lunchtime appointment for the very same day at the Shadyside location. I was skeptical at first because I've come to love the Squirrel Hill location, but the Shadyside office is perfect for me during the workday. To my surprise, I walked in to see Denina at the desk - she was one of the shining stars of Eyetique Squirrel Hill. Always pleasant and easy to interact with, and I LOVED talking to her on the phone! She was always cheery and I actually looked forward to calling the Squirrel Hill office knowing that she would pick up. She said she now works at the Shadyside office so it was almost serendipitous that I got an appointment there. I had a great visit with the optometrist, though her name eludes me at the moment. She was friendly and kind and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The cherry on top of a painless, quick visit was when I called this morning to ask them to mail my contacts to my house (they had arrived for pickup at the store itself), and Denina didn't even skip a beat. She confirmed my address and said they would be on their way today. Its the little things like that that make it a no brainer to keep coming to the Eyetique offices!
