  • The receptionist needs a lesson in customer service! She gave me a 4 hour window from 1-5 and the tech did not show. When I called at 4:45 to inquire, she said she was not in the office and call back tomorrow. When I called back the next day, she said that they close early (1pm) on Friday and to call back on Monday. Hello? How about, "Sorry that this happened and let me look in to this right away?" . I do not recommend this company!
