  • I'd give them 0 stars if I could. The only reason we bought from them was b/c we got a wedding gift from this store that we did not want so we returned it and got store credit. We wanted to use the credit on flatware but their prices were so high even compared to Bloomingdale's for the same sets. We finally decided to just use the credit on flatware since there was literally nothing else they sold that was priced well versus other online vendors. We figured we might as well get something we would use. We placed our order with a note that we had a store credit. Then a month passed. Any time we contacted the store they would say they couldn't find the order details and would call us back when they did. Then they would not call us back or call us back and blame their supplier for not shipping it to them. They would then claim it would be a few weeks and they would then ship it. The another month passed and nothing came in the mail. So we called again and again were given the excuse that their supplier hadn't shipped them the items. This went on for four more months. Finally when they shipped they claimed they would give us a credit worth 15% of our purchased order. When I called back about it after we finally got our items (more than 6 months after ordering) they claimed that they didn't know anything about a credit for our trouble and that there was nothing they could do. Bottom line, there is something wrong with the way this company does business. They accept orders they cannot fulfill, have horrible customer service, and over charge for everything they sell. NEVER BUY FROM UNICA HOME!
