After having some billing issues that we were unaware of until we called to find out why we weren't getting water delivered, we were surprised by the incredible lack of customer service we experienced during our call.
Admittedly it was our fault for the billing issues, however we never received a physical bill, a phone call, or even text message (as that is how we have previously communicated with this company) for over 3 MONTHS! When we finally called to see what was going on, our bill total was over $100.00.
The two men we spoke to never once offered to fix the billing issues or apologize for the lack of communication prior to US calling them. Being in customer service for my entire adult career, it was mind blowing that a company could be so rude and unhelpful.
It's all fine and dandy until you have something to complain about with them. I highly recommend either buying your own water system (as we have done, and it's not as expensive as you may think, try Alka Water on Rainbow) or going with a different company.
Nevada Crystal Premium truly was a baffling display of how NOT to treat customers. It is quite obvious that they do not record their calls for "training purposes" nor do they have any formal training on customer service to begin with.
