  • Our over all experience was pretty good my husband had gone in with a mind set of exactly what he wanted for his new vehicle, a Subaru WRX he had done all his research and had a bunch of questions and the gentleman who we had worked with James Azzaro he was very friendly and upfront and worked well to make the deal that made us happy to drive off the lot with exactly what we wanted. He was informative and we didn't feel as if we were getting raked over the coals and ripped off, as anyone who has gone car shopping sales men are sharks and you have to be aware, well we didn't feel that way for most of the time, we did haggle a bit and it came to a point where the manager I believe it was of some sort came out and he was rude and blunt and was like this is this and that's it well I didn't appreciate that part of it at all no where were we rude and I feel as if he didn't have to be either we understand this is a business, but you have to understand this is a long term commitment we're making as well we have to make sure this is a good investment financially so excuse us for thinking of our wellbeing as well as respecting this is your job and you have to put food on your table as well, but again James was fantastic and if you're looking for a dealership I'd say give him a visit!
