  • My experience with this company was great. My wife and I just moved to a new house in Vegas and wanted a reliable alarm system. We tried at first to call ADT directly, but they were rude, unpleasant and didn't want to come to our home to give as an estimate, but rather asked tons of questions. After a few days, an ADT dealer / sales person, Larry, who is very nice, pleasant and had a-lot of patient for all of our questions came to our home to give us a quote for an end-to-end alarm system. He gave us a great price, and was able to schedule an installation within two days. His technician, Zeek, who came to install the system, was very friendly and installed everything very professionally. After the technician left, my wife and I decided that we want smaller wireless sensors (so we could install blind). I called Larry and he was very understanding and sent Zeek again to replace all 4 huge wireless sensors. Larry is also available every time I call him with a question or a concern. If you decide to go with this company, make sure to ask for Larry and Zeek.
