  • This place has authentic food with a modern American theme. The salsa was on point and delicious. The smoked Jalapeño was good but not very spicy however everything is better with bacon so still worth it for an appetizer. The Paco's Taco was melt in your mouth tender but the Skirt Steak Taco was the star on my plate. The sides are strong but not outstanding black bean, slaw and rice are nice but again not outstanding but sides shouldn't steal the thunder anyhow. Staff was friendly and efficient without being over attentive. All in all a good experience it would have received 5 stars but as is common in Taco spots the temperature of the food was a bit on the chilly side.
