  • Store staff was unsympathetic and uninterested in knowing that their ad in the statewide newspaper advertised their closing time as 9 pm. Arrived at 8:05p and they apparently close now at 8p. The worse part is they didn't believe me until I showed the ad. Still uninterested and unsympathetic. #customerservicefail
