  • We visited Cleveland last week with our 13 and 11 year old grandsons and the Terminal Tower observation tour that was given by Shontelle (sp) was one of our highlights. We appreciated the information on the building's history, details of the nearby buildings, sports venues, and historical places that were pointed out. We recommend this tour to any visitor or current resident of the area who hasn't done this yet. Please arrange for a reservation time as the observation tour isn't available every day.
