  • The process for and in-store pickup for an online purchase was not as smooth as it could have been. As a former Apple retail employee, I expect more! I've also had a bad experience with a rude assistant manager at this location. This store is super small relative to newer Apple stores, so definitely avoid it if possible on product launch days.
