  • I have lived at 909 west for almost a yr. The office staff is very friendly, Todd and Andrew have always treated me very well. Anytime you put in a work order they are very quick to fix the problem. A couple detractors that will will make me move once my lease is up are: The landscape is very poor, including dog poop all over the place, the apartments are very dog friendly, however they do not hold the dog owners accountable. The pool is always dirty, in the 9 months I have lived there, I have never gotten in the pool. The gym the apartments offer is very outdated. You must pay 30 00 a month for covered parking, which is rediculous!! For the amount of rent I pay every month I think i should get my money's worth, but I will be looking elsewhere once my lease is up.
