We made two appointments at Elite one month early and six days before our appointment we got a message that our appts had been cancelled because they weren't a provider in our network. After calling my insurance I found out that they indeed are a provider. When I called elite they said that our appts are already replaced by others. They would try to get a verification and call me back. Five hours later they still hadn't contacted/verified my insurance. We're calling other eye care professionals but doubt we'll get in before our benefits expire for the year.
