So I come on Yelp to due my "Yelp Civic Duty" of warning others to stay away from this company and find I am far from alone in the disgusted and disappointed camp! I could probably just copy and paste the dozens of others who have had the same experience but since plagiarism isn't my thing, here it goes:
Yes I bought a Groupon. Does that mean I should expect to be disappointed? NO! Zero customer service skills from the scheduling staff and the wait is beyond unacceptable. I was also rescheduled and pushed out until I no longer needed or wanted their service. In the end, they never could accommodate me and I had to take it up with Groupon.
Save yourself the hassle, don't bother with this company.
