| - On the phone they sounded prepared and welcoming. We were eager to come in to feed 6 hungry bellies with 2 little ones in tow.
Well, table set up but no condiments around--- wasn't sure if this is how it's done here but easily forgiven since kids were rambunctious anyway.
Seated and no one explained menu so we just figured it out and then waited. And waited and waited. Where is the water? And Where is the waiter? I was gonna bail when he came just in time.
Did the $24.99 a person dinner deal---(shrimp lovers, only one order a person). Ordered down the list and once main items here only then did condiments come. I was okay until he left again. Where's my water? Didn't I order beer too? I know we in Vegas but I wasn't drunk. After a 15 minute wait, I ended up going to car to get my kids their water bottle. What in the world?
He ended up bringing some meat but it was so slow we finished all in one order and nothing else came ... So we had to say "just bring it all, we will cook ourselves". So we did. Happily. Asked for pitcher of water to serve ourselves. Now I'm at a point wondering why are we Even paying? Tell me it's not for Service --- because That deserves Minus stars.
Meat quality truly not up to standard, shrimp was soft even when fully cooked. Pork belly fatty, Galbi is okay. The most frustrating thing----the tip!
$25 per person x 6 + 12.50 x 2 = $175
(Kids over 4 years 1/2 price.)
Give and take tips maybe a bit over $200 but
Tips a whopping $35.00 included. Grrrr
And for what??? No service, slow food, no beer when asked, extremely slow to come utensils, and darn it again where's my water?!
Went to restroom and didn't even see a sign for it. No matter, We all knew out way out the door very well.
Honey pig you left us a bitter taste.
