  • PLEASE take these reviews serious as the reviews before me were honest reviews. When I first read then I thought no way! I was in shock that someone would consistently provide horrible service. If you want someone who responds to your messages and you want to have your natural lashes in the end, then stay away from this place. I saw a Groupon for this and decided to get my extensions. I was told not to purchase Groupon and pay there. OK not a big deal. The day of I texted Gemma to ask how she accepts methods of payments. NO responses. I showed up to my appt. She seemed nice. It was my first time for lash extensions and she didn't take the time to explain the process or show me the lashes. After she was done they looked alright. I paid her $60 that included a fill. When I got home they started clumping and some were not straight and I couldn't get them to be straight. I didn't want to mess with them so I left them alone. I read self care guides and used a spoolie brush to brush them out and keep them separated. It helped. The lashes were very hard and stiff which I don't believe should be that hard. I was leaving town and just had to deal with them. When I got back I texted Gemma about coming in to get them removed and that I didn't want the fill. I never got a response from her that day. Next day she texts me to come in but I already got them removed. In the end, these lashes ended up damaging my natural lashes. I ended up with almost no lashes! I asked her to refund me partial for a fill and I never got a response from her. Horrible experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone!
