Worst customer service experience ever- which I was sad about because my husband and I were hoping to get a membership if I had a good experience. Made an appointment for 1:30 pm and was on my way for my massage when they call me and tell me that my appointment was at 1:00 pm. I assure them that since I had an appointment somewhere else at noon, I specifically made it for 1:30. They rudely told me that there was nothing I could do and I would be charged a $45 cancellation fee!! (That is the highest cancellation fee I have ever heard of.) I tried to politely ask if there was any other appointments or anything I could do and the lady started arguing with me about how she has proof that they sent me an email with the time (I double checked my email and never received any such email.) This was such a bummer because we went to the one in Glendale for a long time and loved it. I would have considered rebooking had the receptionist not treated me like garbage. I finally just hung up because I was getting absolutely nowhere with her. I still can't believe I am being charged for their mistake. Bad business practices, especially for a repeat customer.
