| - I'm not really one to make a lot of sweets. Sure, there was one year were we made chocolate snails with an oozing green inside. And then we used some hard plastic molds we found online to make some choclate shells. But I'm not really a hobbyist. But, if I were...then I'd be shopping here fairly often.
Great selection of molds, smaller confections, and they do a lot of work onsite. At first, the impression is that they don't have a lot of items, but as you walk around, you discover that they have quite a bit of useful cake decorating items. They don't have much by way of bulk stuff, but that takes upa lot of space and most likely doesn't move that often. That's what online stores are for, folks.
The people there were helpful and not intrusive. While my wife was pulling items off the shelf, I wandered around and assessed what could possiblt be made with all the pieces parts. A few times I did have to ask just what some items did, but they never made me feel like it was a problem.
This place functions as a Dp-It-Yourself shop or they can do the work for you. I think this is a great small, hobby shop for any into cakemaking.
