  • Never use Design Builders! We had a very negative experience. Design Builders cost us a $3,000 deposit through a poor designer referral that wanted $10,000 just for her services (Jane Cunningham) they knew through a networking group & therefore we're looking for quid pro quo work relationship. Then a 5-7 week job took 21 weeks & 3 Project Managers bc of firings & Design Builders couldn't even tell us the project managers were no longer working for them; we had to find out after people just didn't show up for work for over a week! We told three different company employees over the phone of our severe displeasure & interest in speaking with the owner, yet the owner couldn't be bothered to call us & discuss issues. So many times the work had to be redone. We would never recommend Design Builders.
