  • Absolutely terrible. My 8 month old puppy went there for her second time for her nail clippings and the lady that cut her nails last time also did it again. She was semi rude before but yesterday she was terribly disrespectful. She clipped my dogs nails too short and made her bleed. After my dog was uncomfortable with the pain and was trying to get away she kept yanking her paws and legs toward her. My puppy then nipped at her. She then made her wear a muzzle. The muzzle was too tight and way too small for her. My dog was having a hard time breathing, So my puppy ended up taking the muzzle off somehow and the lady started accusing my boyfriend, who was there, that she had rabbies because she nipped at her. My puppy is fully vaccinated. My boyfriend was arguing with her about the money for the nail clipping. She wanted her money, but she did not do a great job and hurt my puppy. I'm sorry but if you work in a dog grooming place you need to have patience. That was not what she had. Never go there again.
